Our chef is Craig Aubrey of Wheeling, WV. Craig’s education from Hyde Park
Culinary Academy has shown through in his delightful and tasty dishes, here at Stratford Springs. His knowledge of seafood preparation, wine and cheese breads,
pastries, cakes and pies as well as his knowledge of preparing wild game and
other exotic and ethnic foods, has only enhanced the old glory of Stratford
Springs.

We are known for our Stratford Crabcakes, Wrapped Aspargus, Pot Pie, our NEW
Gormet Wrapsnot as well as our Steaks, Seafood (Cut in House) & King Crab Legs.
We are striving to make every customer experience a positive one!

Craig takes pride in his creativity and originality and it shows from his plate
presentation to our variety of buffet displays, that he has developed over the
last 20 years in the food srvice fom chef, caterer, baker, manager and ice
carver.
